Cohort Duplicator Verification

Staff now have an easier way to verify that duplicated Cohorts have the correct dates for the Cohort, classes, assignments, and payment plans.

As a staff member with permissions, you can edit the attendance for a scheduled Class Meetings.

Course Status Updates

The My Classes page on a student profile has been updated to include 4 categories: In Progress, Starting Soon, and Completed. A fourth category, Withdrawn, is only visible to staff.

Homework Page Filtering

The Homework page can be filtered by Class and Due Date. Homework Cards are now sorted:  Assigned, Upcoming, and Completed

Beta Badges

"Beta Badges" are now added to recently updated features in Progetta LEARN.  It's our way of saying, for this new feature: " Let us know if you find something unusual"

Classes

Classes can be filtered by Cohort, School Program, Date Range, Shared Status, and Instructor. The student view of the My Classes page has been updated to include three categories: In Progress, Starting Soon, and Completed.

Homework Page

Can be filtered by Class and Due Date. Homework Cards are now sorted:  Assigned, Upcoming, and Completed

Lesson Steps

Lesson steps can now either be Content Steps, or Assignment Steps.

Lesson Step Cards

Cards have been re-styled and Lesson Step Icons have been added to indicate Completed Steps (Checkmark), Assignment Step (Pencil) Assignment Steps in Review (Hourglass), Current Step (Star), and Locked Steps (Lock)

Course Progression Fixes

1. A student whose status has been changed to Inactive, or who has been moved to another cohort, will no longer continue to progress through the original course.
2. The course progression feature is now available through the My Courses in addition to the Courses page.

Upload Assignments Attachments Required

Students must attach a file in order to submit an Upload Assignment.

Formatting fix: photos display correctly on the student list and students information bar 

Admissions Process Show Steps Based on Tags

Able to re-enter a quiz form and edit after saving. 

Downloading Student List from within a Cohort

When downloading a filtered student list from within a Cohort, the system will now accurately only download the students in the filtered view, instead of all the students in the Cohort.

Messaging on Assignments for Students

The messaging interface on assignment pages has been removed for students. Students will receive and send messages on their My Inbox page. Students will not be able to initiate communication with instructors but will be able to reply to messages from instructors in their inbox.

Staff users will still be able to send and reply to messages from on the grading page for a specific assignment. They will also be able to reply to messages on the My Course Inbox page.
