Writing Helpful Support Requests
A quick email is always better than no email, but if you answer these 5 questions below, this will often speed up a resolution. At times, there will be information needed to help clarify the task as hand, at which point, a member of the support team will reach out to you. Here are the key elements:
- What actions have you just taken
- What were you expecting
- What actually happened
- What would you like to happen
- Any error messages you received
