Writing Helpful Support Requests

A quick email is always better than no email, but if you answer these 5 questions below, this will often speed up a resolution. At times, there will be information needed to help clarify the task as hand, at which point, a member of the support team will reach out to you. Here are the key elements:
  1. What actions have you just taken
  2. What were you expecting
  3. What actually happened
  4. What would you like to happen
  5. Any error messages you received

Using this in-app support beacon gives the support team more information so it's always preferable to use this method, but if you're in a bind, an email to help@alignmyschool.com also works.
