Cohort / Class List View
A List View for Cohorts and Classes have replaced the card view.
Finance Overview
This new page provides a snapshot of the finances for each Cohort. This page can be found by users with permissions under Staff Menu > Finances > Finance Overview. You can see totals for Fees, Discounts, Credit Memos, Payments, and Amount Owed. Users need the "Finance Overviews" permission enabled in order to view the page.
Updating Assignments
We have increased the stability of assignments by no longer allowing the assignment type to be changed after creation. For quiz assignments, answers (other than text) cannot be changed once a student response has been received.
Online Practicum Time Slots
When viewing 'My Time Slots,' for Online Meeting Times, the Location now says "Online" and clicks to open the Live Link or On Demand link. It becomes available to click based on the Online Early Check In Minutes that are set up in your site configuration.
On Campus Class Card Update
Previously only Online Class cards displayed lesson progress to a student. If there were lessons built for an On Campus class, they were not visible to the student from the 'My Classes' Page. On Campus and Practicum class cards have been updated to display lesson progress.
