Staff Updates to Student Menu
The Student menu has been update for both Staff and Student Users. The 'Information' Tab has been replaced with a 'Staff Links' Tab. Staff actions (such as 'Edit Status', 'Change Cohort', 'Notes & Activity', and others) have been moved to the new 'Staff Links' Tab.
Interviews - Personal Meeting Link
Each of your Staff Users who conduct interviews can now use separate interview links. This prevents the same from being link being sent to two applicants who schedule interviews at the same time. IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you update the dynamic place holders in your 'Interview Scheduled' messages: the place holder "{{personal_meeting_link}}" should replace the link that may exist in emails and Interview Scheduled Messages . Class Student List Page
From a class dashboard, clicking " Students" will now take you to a redesigned student list page. This page will provide you with a snapshot of students in that class. You can see each student's progress on their homework, lessons, absences, and current/final grade. You can also filter the page by the Enrollment Status of each student - (Enrolled, Scheduled, Complete, Withdrawn, Failed, and Cancelled)
Search Bar
The Search Bar has been relocated from the menu to the top right corner of the application. It is visible on all pages.
'Reply To' Email Option
Now, when sending an email through Mass Messages, you have the option to choose the email that the students can reply to. Options include the default school email, the email of the logged in user, or you can manually input another email address by selecting "Other Email"
Login Screen Limited by Student Status
Previously, after completing the Admissions Process, all students (no matter what status) could advance to the dashboard. Now only students with an Active Status ('Accepted' or 'Student)' will have access to their dashboards. Students with an Inactive status will have limited views restricted to their Application, My Finance Page, Communications Pages, and the Contact Us Page.
Contribute Link
New to the ' My Finance' page, students now have easy access to their personal Contribution Link where friends and family can pay toward account balances that they carry. Students are notified via email when someone makes a contribution toward their account.
My Schedule - Class Details
The Student Schedule has been improved. Students can now click on each time slot to open details about the meeting time, including class location and description. Also, past class times will indicate the student's attendance for that time slot by their color (red = absent, yellow = tardy, green = attended.)
My Profile Page
Students now have a new page where they can update their password and personal information. They can access this page from the Student Menu > My Account > My Profile
