Promo Codes
New to ALIGN, Promotion Codes can be used by students to apply a discount to a fee in the admissions process. In order to create a promotion code, you will first need to determine which Discount and Fee Item will be included in the promotion. You may then create a code and set a date range when it will be active. Here's how:
Admissions Improvements
Several improvements have been made to the admissions process for staff users. These improvements include:
- Reference Step: Staff users can now view each reference response as soon as it is received, instead of waiting for ALL references to come in before viewing.
- Styling Updates: Styling updates include completed time-stamp, and help text.
- Admissions Step Column Sorting: On the student list, the Admissions Step column now sorts in the order of each step. This prevents them from sorting out of order (alphabetically before) and is a much more helpful view.
Master Interview Calendar
Introducing the Master Interview Calendar! Navigate to the Staff Menu > School Admin > Interview Schedule. Here, Admins can see an overview of ALL of their interviewers' availability and scheduled interview. Scheduled interview time slots will open with details and links to the interview questionnaire and meeting link. Please note that interview schedules are still created by individual users on the My Interview Schedule page.
Admissions Improvements
Several improvements have been made to the admissions process for students. These improvements include:
- Continuous Admissions Process: Applicants are automatically moved into the next step in the admissions process, providing a more streamlined experience. A progress bar has also been added to the top of the page.
- Fee Step: Fee Steps will now be marked complete once the associated fee has been paid (including via contributions, discounts and promo codes.). Previously a fee step was only completed when a payment was made by the student, through the fee step.
- Photo Helptext: Helptext has been added to the Profile Step to encourage applicants to upload a clear photo of their face.
Deleting References
Unwanted references can now be deleted.
