Mass Messaging
Summary
The Mass Messaging page is where you can send messages to groups of students and view a history of past messages.

How-To
To send a new message, click the Create New button on the Messages page. You will be directed to the New Message page. Once on the page, you will compose your message:

- Select Recipients - You can choose to send your message to one or more Saved Views or to one or more Classes. Saved Views - Saved views are created on the Student List. You can select one or more of your Saved Views to populate your list of recipients. Classes - You can select one or more classes to populate your list of recipients. To send a message to a select group of students who are not specific to a saved view or a class, select the desired recipients from the Student List and utilize the Send Message bulk action option.

- Subject - This is the title of the message that appears on the announcement and the subject line of the email.

- Message - Compose the body of the message.

- Reply To - Select which email address you would like to receive any replies to the email message.

- Save & Preview - This will take you to the Preview page to preview your message before it is sent.

- Send Message - Send your message.
