Payment Plans
Payment plans have been moved to the Finance Menu. Additionally, payment plan templates can now be shared between with all cohorts. Staff users no longer need to build unique payment plan templates for each specific cohort if they do not wish to.
My Attendance - Filter by Class Status
The "My Attendance" page for a student can now be filtered by class status.
Graded Assignment Point Validation
Validation has been added to make sure that graded assignments have point values that are equal to or great than 1.
Attendance Check in Screen
The time format for the check in screen has been updated to show the time in 12 hour format, instead of 24 hour time.
Finance: Amount Paid vs. Amount Received
We've addressed some inconsistencies with the Amount Paid and Amount Received amounts that show on the main student list.
Shared Class Duplication
Shared classes now duplicate in the same way as regular classes. Previously, duplicating a shared class would simply include the original class in a future cohort. This was unhelpful because the purpose of duplicating a class is so that it can start with new dates at a later time.
