Three Dot Menu
Use the Three Dot Menu ( Links Column on Student List) to quickly access several of the Student Menu pages for a student.
Duplicate Individual Classes
Staff users can now duplicate individual classes into other cohorts. This creates a copy of the original class, including lessons, and assignments. To duplicate a class, go to the configuration page for a class (Classes > Settings > Duplicate OR Class Dashboard > Settings > Duplicate).
Edit Assignment Turned In Date
The Submitted Date for Assignments can now be adjusted by staff users.
Excused Absences
Attendance records can now be edited to be Excused Absences. Excused Absences are not included in the total absence count for a student.
Time Zone Per Cohort
Cohorts currently display all times in your site's default time zone. For Students, updating the time zone will display all times in the respective time zone for students in that cohort. This includes class meeting times, due dates / times, interview times slots. *Note this does NOT mean that times will display based on the student's actual location, rather the location of the Cohort.

Attendance - Time Tracking For Online Replays
For Online Class Times: Customers can now Embed videos in the On Demand field for online class times, and give attendance to students who watch the replay of the video. Replays can expire after a certain amount of time, and students are required to watch a certain percentage of the replay in order to be given attendance credit. Contact Align to set up configuration rules. *Note: Time tracking ONLY works with Embedded videos that are viewed in Align. It does not work with links to outside sources.
Direct Apply Links
Introducing Direct Apply Links! When using this link, applicants are sent directly to the apply page for a specific cohort. Links only display for Future School Years and School Years with Open Applications. Click the "Copy Link" button and paste the link in your website, emails, etc.
Checkbox Assignment Question
We've added a new question type for assignments! Add checkbox items for students to check as a response.
Reference and Interview Forms
Align customers can now edit their own Interview and Reference Forms. See how below:
Staff: Account Created Email
When creating new Staff Accounts, a welcome email and create password link are automatically sent to the new user.
Disable Staff Accounts
Staff accounts can now be disabled. Go to the Staff Users page and click the settings button for a user. Change their Login Status from Active to Disabled.
Schedule Improvements
The My Schedule page now displays a larger time-span so that students can see more of their daily schedule with less scrolling.
Withdrawn Status - Withdrawn from Classes
When a Student Status is changed to Withdrawn or Cancelled, they will automatically be unenrolled from any classes they are in. If a withdrawn student re-enrolls, they will need to be manually re-enrolled in any classes.
Shared Staff Notifications
This addresses an issue where all instructors for a class receive a notification when a student responds to a message from an instructor. Only the instructor who initiated the conversation will receive a new message notification when the student replies.
Payment Plan Fixes
These fixes address issues with payment plan statuses not being updated after the due date.
