Download Form Responses
Staff users can now view and download form responses to application questionnaires. This allows you view ALL Student responses collected at once in. You can filter results by school year and download to CSV. Navigate to the Admissions Process > Manage Steps > and click View Responses for the questionnaire you want to download.
Payment Plan Reminder Emails
If desired, you can now send Payment Due Soon, Due Today, and Past Due payment plan emails. Payment due soon and past due dates are configurable. For example, you could set the Payment Due Soon email to send 5 days before the due date, and the Past Due email to send 3 days after the payment due date. Contact Align Support for help setting this up.
Checkbox / 3 Dot Menu
The Checkboxes and 3 Dot Menus are now a default part of every student list view to make bulk actions, and links easier to use.
Reference Descriptions
This fixes an issue where reference descriptions were not displaying to applicants.
Interview Time Issues
This fix addresses an issue where interview time-slots were being created at times other than selected.
Voided Fees with Payment Plans
This fix allows payment plans to be marked complete even when fees were voided or credit memo's are added. Previously, only payments and discounts counted toward the completion of a payment plan.
