Staff Menu Updates
We are simplifying the Staff Menu so that is easier to navigate, and provides an overall better experience for our customers. We will be phasing out some menu links, and simplifying others. The Admissions and Finance Menu Items now link to the 'Advanced' page where you can access the sub-items that were previously in the main menu.
Several Class Times Per Day
Admins / Instructors can now create several class times for the same class on the same day. This means that attendance could be taken hourly for the same class. Additionally, the attendance pages have been improved to show several class times for a single class.
Login Page: Logo Customization
The logo size on the login page can now be customized to better display certain logos. The previous size limitations meant that especially round logos in as a small image. Please contact Align Support if you would like your logo size to be adjusted on your login page.
K-12: Filter Parent List by Academic Year and Student Cohort
K-12 Customers can now filter the parent list by Academic Year and by Student Cohort.
K-12: Download Parent List
K-12 Customers can now download the Parent List as a .CSV file.
Several Class Times Per Day
Students can now have several attendance records taken for the same class per day. The Attendance Page has been improved to reflect all class times where attendance was recorded.
Late Assignment Indication
Assignments that are turned in late now display as late to the student on their homework card.
Phone Number Validation
For applicants with phone numbers outside of the US/CA, a new validation message displays to request the Country Code.
Class / Lesson Duplication
This fix addresses an issue where embedded content and attachments were not duplicated when duplicating a class / school year.
