Images for Classes
Staff users can now upload an image to be displayed on the class card when students are on the Class Signup Step of the admissions process. On the class configuration page, navigate to the Class Image box, upload your desired image, and click Save.
Finance Lockout
Finance LockoutStaff users can now choose to enable a Finance Lockout for their site, affecting all students who have past due payments. Students who are financially locked out do not have access to their classes, assignments, resources, or announcements until their past due balance is paid in full. Their dashboard upon logging in displays a message that staff users can configure, as well as a button to make a payment and a link to view their finances. The financial lockout can be enabled from the Advanced menu under Finances for administrators with the Finance Lockout permission.
Delayed Automations
Automations can now include a delay so that the action happens a specific number of hours after the trigger occurs (as long as the trigger is still true). For example, a message can be sent to an applicant reminding them to log in and continue their application if they are on the review step in the admissions process for more than 72 hours.
School Year / Cohort Report
Introducing a new report displaying the daily total of students per student status in each school year/cohort. This report can be filtered by program, academic year, and date. It can found in the staff menu under Reports.
Quick Links Display
This improvement addressed a display issue when clicking the 3 dot menu to view the quick links on the student list.
Multiple Student Binders
When a student has multiple binders on the student list, staff users will now be taken to the dashboard of the student binder clicked on, instead of the dashboard for the student's active or upcoming binder.
