Combined Academic and School Years Page (K-12)
The Academic Years page and the School Years page are now combined to give better visibility on which school years are part of each academic year. The page now lists all academic years, and each academic year can be expanded to show the school years it contains, and the accompanying information for those school years. The edit button that was previously a cog icon on the far left side of the row is now a three-dot menu on the right side of the row. The three-dot menu gives staff users links to edit the academic or school year, copy the direct apply link for the academic year, manage the admissions steps used for that year, and add a school year to the academic year.
Configurable Text on Tuition Agreement
We've updated the Tuition Agreement Step that previously had default verbiage specific to Autopay, in an effort to eliminate confusion for schools that utilize the Tuition Agreement Step but do not have autopay enabled. For the last block on the step historically titled Autopay Agreement that includes the school's tuition agreement terms, lists the payment schedule, and requires confirmation and signature, staff users can now choose what they would like this section of the step to be called. The default title will be Tuition Agreement unless overridden with custom text.
Archive Academic Years
Staff users can now archive past academic years to declutter their Academic Year page. Archiving an academic year will hide it from the Academic Year page, and will archive any school years, classes, and students in that academic year.
Automations Page Update
We've updated the Automations page to give better visibility on what each automation does without having to click into them individually. The page now includes columns for the automation Source, Event (what happens that triggers the automation to run), and Action (the type of action completed by the automation).
Parent Finances Overview (K-12)
This fix addressed the Month Balance Due block on the top right side of the family finance page. Previously, that block did not include any installment amounts that were due on the last day of the month, but now it does.
