You need to scroll down to the most recent email and click on the reset password link in that email to ensure you can successfully reset your password.
Note for Gmail Users
Gmail has a great feature for grouping conversations that is turned on by default in most accounts. However, this can create a unique effect where it appears that the reset link has expired!
If you try to reset your password more than once on Align, then Gmail will "group" the emails together, opening the oldest email first. This however will mean that clicking on the reset password link in the oldest reset password email will give you an expiry message.
You need to scroll down to the most recent email and click on the reset password link in that email to ensure you can successfully reset your password.
