Align allows an administrator to edit student information. You must have the correct Permissions to edit Student Information.

Changing the Student Photo
To change a photo in the system, you will need to:
- Find the student.
- Go to their Edit Student Information page.
- Click on the Choose File button to select a new photo.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.

The following fields are available to edit on the students' profile.

Deleting a Student
Deleting a student should be rare. Most of the time, applicants are set to an inactive status such as "Withdrawn". Should you need to delete a student, please follow the following instructions:
- Add the tag #DeleteStudent to the student(s) profile
- Contact the Align support team to provide a written request.
- IMPORTANT: Deleting a student profile is irreversible! Please be sure that you want to delete a student profile before submitting your request.
