Credit Memos

Credit Memos in Progetta LEARN can be created and applied to student accounts on the My Finances page on individual student accounts.  Credit Memos are used to reduce the balance that a student owes on their account. When applying a Credit Memo you can choose:

  • A Finance Class
  • The Posted Date
  • Select the Purpose for the Credit Memo which will define which General Ledger Account the Credit Memo applies
  • Choosing the Amount for a Discount.
  • Internal Description (optional)

You must have the correct Permissions to be able to view, edit, or apply a Credit Memo
